No Return & Refund Policy

At BuyHundred, we sell pre-loved products including books, clothing, shoes, accessories, home items, and other second-hand goods. Since these products are pre-owned, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, we want to make sure you receive the product you ordered in acceptable condition. If an item arrives damaged, torn, broken, defective, or significantly different from its listing, you may be eligible for a refund.

When You Can Request a Refund

A refund may be issued if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • Clothing, bags, or other fabric items are torn or severely damaged.

  • Shoes or accessories are broken or unusable.

  • A book is torn, severely damaged, or materially different from the listing.

  • The product has a major defect that was not disclosed in the product description.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is substantially different from the item shown or described on BuyHundred.

When Refunds Will Not Be Provided

Refunds will generally not be provided for normal signs of use associated with pre-loved products, including:

  • Minor scratches, marks, scuffs or stains

  • Fading or discolouration

  • Minor creases or wrinkles

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Ageing of materials

  • Small imperfections consistent with previous use

  • Differences in colour caused by photography or screen settings

  • Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or simply not liking the product

Any significant defects or noticeable damage known to BuyHundred will be disclosed in the product listing wherever possible.

How to Request a Refund

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs or video showing the damage or issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the request and determine whether the item qualifies for a refund.

Refund Approval

If the refund request is approved, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method or through another applicable refund method.

BuyHundred reserves the right to verify all refund requests before approving a refund.

No returns or exchanges are accepted. Refunds are provided only for eligible issues covered under this policy.
