Shipping Policy

At BuyHundred, we use Shiprocket and its network of courier partners to process and deliver orders across India. Shiprocket provides access to multiple courier partners, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will prepare and package your products for dispatch.

Orders are generally handed over to our courier partner within 2 to 5 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and processing requirements.

Once the shipment is booked, you will receive the relevant shipping and tracking information.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner, shipping zone, product weight, and other logistical factors. Shiprocket confirms that delivery timelines depend on the selected courier and delivery zone.

As a general estimate:

Within the same city: 2 to 4 business days
Within the same state: 3 to 6 business days
Metro to metro: 3 to 7 business days
Rest of India: 4 to 10 business days
Remote or difficult-to-service locations: Delivery may take longer

These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on factors such as delivery location, package weight, dimensions, and the available shipping service.

BuyHundred reserves the right to offer free shipping, promotional shipping rates, or other shipping offers from time to time.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable.

You can track your shipment using your AWB number, Order ID, or registered mobile number through the Shiprocket tracking system.

5. Delivery Delays

While we and our courier partners make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to:

Weather conditions
High shipping volumes
Public holidays
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Remote locations
Courier operational issues
Natural disasters
Transportation disruptions
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Estimated delivery dates provided by Shiprocket or its courier partners are indicative and may change.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

Full name
House/building number
Street/locality
City
State
PIN code
Valid phone number

BuyHundred is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

7. Failed Delivery and RTO

If a courier partner is unable to deliver an order because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or other reasons, the shipment may be returned to BuyHundred.

Additional shipping or return-to-origin charges may apply where applicable.

8. Damaged Shipments

We carefully package products before handing them over to our courier partners.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs or video of the package and product as soon as possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged products may qualify for a refund under our No Return & Refund Policy, subject to verification.

9. No Returns for Change of Mind

BuyHundred has a no-return and no-exchange policy.

Products cannot be returned because of change of mind, incorrect size selection, minor signs of previous use, or personal preference.

Refunds are only considered for eligible issues such as significant damage, defects, incorrect products, or products substantially different from their listing.
